Changing led lights inside the Z?

So I have 2 pairs of red LED lights and I'm wanting to replace the current lights in my z but I have no idea how. Anyone know how? I try to take out the bulbs but it seems like there's an extra piece I need to remove, however, I have no idea which one. I am able to take the cover off. Thanks

Will regular LED bulbs work for this? E.g. can you use the same bulbs used to change license plate led light? Or do you need a special one?

I don't remember removing the bulb to be that difficult

should be pretty easy

I've got like 2 extra red LED lights sitting in my car and I was planning on doing it the day I got them, but 1) the bulbs were hard to get off and 2) I didn't have much time days after.

Idk maybe I'm doing something wrong haha, will try again

just attempted it again and the bulb isn't coming out -____- this is frustrating for such an easy task
