Thumbs down Installing mirrortap power source, now gauge needles don't light up. Blown fuse?

Have all.

I was *trying* to install the mirrortap power source for my radar detector. I managed to get the 12 volt pin in without too much trouble but could not manage to get the black ground in.

As I was trying to get it in, I heard an acute click or snap that sounded like electricity. I started looking around and noticed my needles now don't like up. I also don't get any beeps when locking the car from the door on the outside or when I first turn the car on into accessory mode.

Please tell me this is just some blown fuse and is easy to fix. I hope I didn't royally screw something up.

Thanks a lot for your input.
