My 10 year old truck looks better than probably 95% of the brand new cars on any given dealer's lot. But they'll spray some Armor All on your tires to make it all look sweet. |

Oh, and don't vacuum it either, thanks. If somebody is stupid enough to scratch the plastic inside somewhere, I want the idiot to be me. I picked up my Z with less than 50 miles on the clock and only just now did I discover some real fine scratches on the glovebox door. I'm still pissed. 104 |

Got my car right off the truck. I told the dealer if it had a sticker on it when I came to pick it up they could keep the car and I would go elsewhere.
I can't believe how many people leave those unsightly pieces of advertising on their cars.

When I bought my '85 300ZX I told the salesman I didn't want one of their stupid, ugly badges put on it. He actually started trying to convince me of the importance of having one by telling me that it would be valuable if someone saw me broken down on the side of the road, they could call the dealership. Yes, boys and girls, once upon a time there were no cell phones.
I was unable to hide my surprise at hearing one of the stupidest things ever said, and I told the guy if the car was going to be breaking down, I didn't want it. He didn't offer a counter-argument. |

Forget the goo gone........ Use good old Ronson or Zippo lighter fluid.
It works great, and doesn't hurt paint or plastic. It even takes grease stains out of fabric or rugs.
