You may end up eating that one... I hope not..... Lots of testosterone flying around in this thread over 2 minutes work getting a sticker off, though. Seriously, walking out on a car deal due to a dealers sticker, or plate frame? Ridiculous.
I must admit, I did ask the dealer not to put one on mine, but if he did, I would have spent the whole 2 minutes it takes to get it off when I got home and not complained about it. Its just a car, people.

Some 17 year old kid that drives an '82 accord that's got more primer than original paint (but a $5,000 sound system) is the one 'detailing' it. So they grab a scrub brush, a dirty rag, maybe a razor blade to take the adhesive off from the wrap. Then if they really think they know what they're doing, they'll take a buffer, some cheap silicone filled polish and have at it.

My 10 year old truck looks better than probably 95% of the brand new cars on any given dealer's lot.

But they'll spray some Armor All on your tires to make it all look sweet. :)

Couldn't have said it better myself!

I make sure to tell them every time I bought a car from a stealership that I wont take delivery if I see a sticker or a license plate frame. Want me to advertise them? give me a hat.....so far so good got tons of caps, good luck and be patient, sometimes a hot blow drier makes the removal easier :driving:

my nissan salesman mentioned to the porter not to put their decals on my Z. they did ask i drive home with the frame so i met them half way on that. :icon17:

took that off as soon as i got home and shut the garage before wife got home.

For anybody ever worried about matching paint I can assure you factory matching is possible! Got the car back today and it looks like nothing ever happened! Dealer even detailed the inside of the car again for me so it still looks brand spankin new! Thanks Nissan!

Positive Feedback!

Good to hear some positive feedback.
PS: I stopped the dealer sticker before it ever went on.
