Mike is the man. Now taking requests??
This one is a little off the wall but can you get the volume of windshield washer fluid? I know some BMW guys that dump an easy 10-12 pounds by emptying the washer fluid before they track. (BMW's have large washer reservoirs).

I have no idea how to measure that. If its something that I can un-bolt and put on a scale, I'm good too go. Maybe its in the owner's manual...

Sorry guys, just went and looked and it seems like the washer fluid bottle will be a royal PITA to get to and the capacity isn't listed in the owner's manual. Maybe if I get REALLY bored one day I will pull it out, but I am not committing myself to that one.

I also checked the owner's manual, didn't find it. Also, if you end up changing the brakes, can we get a weight on the rotors and calipers?

On the cover page, i noticed the weight of the stock sport tires are as follows:
Front Stock Bridgestone RE050A (245/40/19): 29lbs (13.15kg) Rear Stock Bridgestone RE050A (275/35/19): 33lbs (14.97kg) According to Tirerack (reliable?) they are Front Stock Bridgestone RE050A (245/40/19): 30lbs Rear Stock Bridgestone RE050A (275/35/19): 30lbs http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Spec.j...3D735YR9RE050A Not a huge differnce, just currious which one is correct. Also, found these tires on the same site, seem to be very nice and save weight to boot. Front Pilot Sport PS2 (245/40/19): 26lbs Rear Pilot Sport PS2 (275/35/19): 27lbs Tire Specs for Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 Other's thoughts? Last edited by ZforMe; 01-21-2009 at 10:58 PM. |

Someone mentioned that...but on Bridgestone's site it says the weight I put up so I figured I'd go with the manufacturer. Quote:
