For the truly anal track rat who is after every lb of weight saving they can get how bout some lightweight wheel nuts. You can save a little more than a lb "overall". Not much per corner but it is about 1lb off the car overall...Muteki, Kyokugen, Rays etc all offer these lightweight lugs that are legal in most racing venues....

Free flow cats or testpipes should be lighter than the stock cats also so may save a lb or two there. It really gets hard after the major league boat anchors are removed.

The problem with lightweight aluminum lugs when tracking is heat. I have had a few sets of aluminum lugs weld themselves to the studs because of the heat ruining the lugs and studs.

^^^That puts an end to that mod lol...Good info that most of us would have never known.

Wonder if we can get you to take out and weigh the stock seats/brackets for reference vs the seats RCZ listed

As promised, stock touring package seat weighed. Result = 47 lbs. each.

And a bonus, I weighed a BRIDE Zeta III and rail (for 350Z). Result = 26 lbs. each.

And even threw the seat in the car for a few shots . *No the 370Z brackets aren't here yet, they will be here 5-7 weeks.
