Default Climate control Light cluster don't fully light up?

I have been going crazy trying to figure out if my 2010 roadster climate control, radio and auto shift area P-R-N etc light clusters should all light up when i turn my headlights on or in some models you get very minimal lighting like only the center dots in the 3 ring knobs for the climate control. I could swear it wasn't like that and everything used to light up air flow, temp, etc.. anyone please help anything maybe i pushed, fuse, i can't figure it out..thx all

I finally got some time after the weather calmed down and took my Z to the Nissan dealer next to me..went in the ask the service manager and she wouldn't even give a minute of her time telling me I need to bring it in and get charged for them to check...WTF!!! I hate this dealership a simple question does the car come this way or no?? I told her that they are the worst service dealerships I have ever encountered and drove off...if anyone out there have a friend at a Nissan dealership can you please ask them if a some Z's come this way ..thx
