Electronics and Battery Concerns

Hey guys I'm planning on buying a decent OBDII Bluetooth adapter for my Z. My concern is that I'm already running a few other electronics in the car as well. I have a basic aftermarket radio, 2 aftermarket door speakers, hardwired radar detector, Asus nexus 7 powered by 2.1 amp car charger, and my phone is also charging sometimes.

Will this many electronics affect my battery drastically enough to shut off the car while driving?

While driving, highly doubtful.

While driving? Nope.

When the car is off:
Many OBD plugins power down when the car is turned off.

Radio: should be wired so it draws minimal power (preset memory, &c) when car is off.
Door speakers: shouldn't have any battery power going to them.
Radar detector: see Radio above.
Asus + charger: Tablet should power down after a while; may draw some power if recharging when off but that shouldn't much. Charger will use some power, even when the tablet is off, but it shouldn't be enough to worry about.

As long as you have all those items wired properly, they shouldn't be a problem for the battery. If you won't be starting the car for a few weeks, it would probably be a good idea to hook up a battery tender.

yah, battery tender is good to use even if it's a stock car left un-driven for over a week.

Thanks for the replies guys! Everything is wired properly so I guess it should be fine. I'll be getting an obd2 adapter with a power switch so that should be fine
