Hi everyone,
During the install today we noticed a little issue with clearance with the rear sway bar. We tried everything to adjust to get more clearance. Im getting some "rattling" sounds on deceleration. The clearance on the left pipe on the rear sway bars is literally like 3-5 millimeters.. So with any vibrations its metal-on-metal rattling. I have sent some pics to Lou (Amplified) and I am more that confident that this will get resolved professionally where everyone is satisfied. I will keep you guys updated. (By the way,,, It sounds great!) too bad for some fitment / Quality Control issues.) I hope Lou will send out an exchange or something in that ballpark. Oh and yes it was professionally installed. or should I have it removed? I don't mind either way as long as you can promise me that you will make it right no matter what in a timely manner. Can you promise me that I wont be stuck with a "rattling" cat-back system from Invidia? Thank you for the fast response Lou.. I know you always handle issues like this with the highest customer service!. |
