hey everyone.. i noticed these intake sit pretty close to the floor wat happens during really really heavy rains?

Generally you wont get much moisture through the intakes. Although the other option is picking up a bypass valve for the intake system which basically prevents any water from coming in, but it would actually take a great deal of water to Hydrolock your motor, in regular rain you would be fine.

My New Injen CAI was installed today at Amplified Motorsports. This guys know what they are doing and worth the trip!!! Thanks Lou and Paul for the nice installation. I can see the difference already in power around 7k rpm. The car pulls a lot more and the car is way faster now than before even if I did not go for a Dyno. Very satisfied Injen CAI customer. I don't think the filter will get wet in ordinary rain because it is more protected than how Stillen G3 is installed . It's got to be flooding before this filter gets wet.
