will this fit for a RIGHT hand driven 370z? OR it only fit for the LEFT hand driven?

I believe its only developed for a LHD car.

Do you have to raise or drop the engine if you have a manual trans?

I believe it would be alot easier, but not 100% necessary.

I have these headers.... They rock socks! Don't need to drop engine, but headers on these vehicles will always be a PITA to install. 100% worth it.
