does South Cackalacky have smog testing? If not, test pipes.

No inspections here. Do test pipes throw off any engine sensor alarms or void warranty?

Can't say about the warranty, but it would seem very unlikely to me.

They will throw codes.. you can get o2 sensor extensions to reduce the frequency, or just get a tune (which you will want anyway with full exhaust and testpipes) and the tuner will turn that code off for you.

Some pipes come with the extensions built in.
