Was wondering which countries get spare wheels with their cars? The UK models have no spare just a "repair kit", which means the usual bottle of liquid tyre sealant muck

Driving me spare
Was wondering which countries get spare wheels with their cars?
The UK models have no spare just a "repair kit", which means the usual bottle of liquid tyre sealant muck  PS sorry for the title pun, it was unavoidable
