I've been looking for a place as well. I know there is a shop in Frankfurt that is a licensed Uprev dealer. I haven't been up there as my car hasn't made it yet but i plan on checking it out once it does.

Their website shows them having a lot of tuning components and options so it might be pretty legit.

Here you go! :: quantumautosport.com :: More than fast and furious! is the one in Frankfurt.

I just noticed this place off of the Uprev site CTD-Germany - Exclusive Car Tuning & Development; Nissan 350Z, Nissan 370Z, Nissan GT-R, Chrysler Crossfire, Mazda RX-8 it's in english!!! It's in Rheinburg near the Netherlands. It would be a bit of a drive from Illisheim but it looks like they focus on Jap imports. It's just more drive time!

Some website ship APO like Z1motorsports.com and THMotorsports.com If you talk to the sponsors on the forum sometimes they have deals for forum members. Shipping is still up a little but its not too bad. Personally, if they can ship APO it's better for me because waiting til I get back is just too far out.

I agree the parts are way cheaper from the states. I was more interested if they have a dyno and know how to tune with the uprev software. I also plan on FI this winter and I'm not sure if I want to tackle that project at the local auto hobby shop. I would like to find a shop that does that kind of install even if I don't buy it from them.

I was thinking FI as well but I was going to wait til I got back to the states. I think it's a little more convenient and I have a little more trust being stateside. People don't want to get fired over there so they'll do a good job

I just don't wanna wait that long. I'm looking at another 5 years here and it would kill me to get beat by a station wagon on the autobahn.

I'll be staying NA, I like reliability. My brother had a bad *** supra, but there was always something breaking. It required a lot of attention.

I'm a fan of making sure its done right and not pushing it to the level it can handle. So if I FI then I only boost to what I know it can handle without breaking all the time. If I want more I will have to upgrade appropriately. If I want more after stage 1 FI then I think I will just upgrade to the GTR as I will be into this car more than what a GTR would cost anyway.

Dont know bout tailights but just picked up my baby in Stuttgart and had to take tint of windows for safety insp. Check with your pov inspection station, cuz you dont want to get fined by polizei.
