Idle Issue (P0300), and weird noise.

I've had this issue for over a year now. I keep searching the forums if there's a solution. I got the problem after a issue with a timing sprocket failed.

steve216 Base Member Join Date: Dec 2012 Location: PA Posts: 46 Drives: 11 Nissan 370z BS M6 Rep Power: 13	I've had this issue for over a year now. I keep searching the forums if there's a solution. I got the problem after a issue with a timing sprocket failed. Dealer fixed that but couldn't find what the idle issue was from. Changed all the parts they asked coil pack, spark plug, timing sensors. Nothing fixed it. The car has been driving fine, I can reset the code and it will idle fine for a few minutes then the code will come back and idle high again.
