Try turning the car off for a bit and then back on, give it a half hour or so, see what happens...mine did something similar way back. I turned it off for a bit and back on after about 30 mins and it was ok to get home, but at the dealership the next morning it turns out the ECU was gone.

I'd try cleaning the MAFs first. Since you are able to swap MAFs, you only need a can of spray MAF cleaner. If that doesn't work, I'd try P's_Z's clean-the-TBs (not an easy DIY but not that difficult if you have some mechanical aptitude). If you live someplace that doesn't get too cold, you can delete the TB warm-up lines while you're in there.

The other thing I've had a problem with was the prefilter on the fuel pump it's self, had to pull the pump and clean it, been good since...
How many miles on the car? I've got over 200k and have never had a dirty TB cause a problem...mine don't seem to get dirty. lol |

Before you start tearing it down, I'd read the appropriate sections of the FSM. The diagnostic procedures are written for use with Nissan's CONSULT but you can use them to figure out what needs to be checked. If your OBD tool can read PIDs, that will be a big help troubleshooting.
