You should seriously get your vehicle looked at then ;)

I have the 34 row NIssan Motor sport oil cooler, and it works great at the track, and the hot Georgia summers. I block all but about an inch or so for the winters here and it only gets up to around 180-200 during normal DD conditions.

Yeah... I meant fahrenheit. Don't know why I put C, that's obscenely hot.

I originally got a 25, but it couldn't handle the track temps so I took it off in favor of a 34.

The 25 Row works perfectly for me. I haven't seen my temps go above 240F in the Texas Heat on the track.

I do recommend the thermostatic plate if you DD the car. I'm having trouble getting my car up to temp in anything below 60F ambient.

Agree.

For DD, I simply tape off the cooler with painters tape.

Yeah, i'm taping the grille in front of where the cooler is mounted. It seems to help alot.

Same, I DD my car year-round and track. In the winter even with a thermostatic plate the needle won't move. I tape over part of the front grill and get 180* perfectly.

But then EVERYONE I work with or park near asks who hit my car, why I taped up my car, and if I know there's trash stuck on the front of it.

I use black painters tape. You wont notice unless it peels off.
