Did you just get the car?? The 1-2 shift in our cars is a bit harder than some other MTs. Just have to feel it out.

hesitation as it bogs when trying to drive off in 1st? Does it happen when engine temps are over 180+ only? Thats what mine does. Like pre limp mode or something...

Shift in to 1st @~1600rpm - 2000rpm to reduce jerking on torque transfers to clutch, hold the clutch for like half a sec to a sec to let the flywheel n clutch to synchronize then let go of clutch completely when u feel the compete connection.
Shifting in to 2nd also tricky, get the 1st gear to 3k rpm then repeat that above after "clutch,"^^^

it's all to do with the timing and how fast you're releasing the clutch... when I first started driving I found that around 3-3.5k would give me jerks and 4.5-5k would be my sweet spot for first gear.
I then realized shift for how fast the car is going... meaning if you're revving lower ranges and shifting you need to be slow in your clutch, if you're above 4.5k you can be a bit 'faster' this clutch is definitely one of the areas that adds 'character' to our car |

I learned one thing, after i learned how to drive a nissan transmission any other transmission is like butter to me.
PS changing ur differential bushings helps reduce jerking.

How so?? I didn't notice any improvement when I switched to my whitelines except for the reduced wheelhop.
