Power Steering Fluid & Coolant

What do you guys use for PS fluid & coolant aside from the Nissan brand?

How often do we have to change them in our Z.

Thanks.

I use Redline D6 ATF. I monitor the fluid and change it when it starts to look dirty. I think I did it around 45K miles the first time. I'm at 60K now.

I put Royal Purple ps fluid in mine.... kinda hard to tell when it gets dirty though : /

I use Redline also for PS but I change it 2 or 3 times a year so I cant boil it. For coolant I run water and Water Wetter, it runs cooler than with antifreeze.

I think the manual said Dexron IV ATF for PS is OK. Will this type of ATF mix well with the OEM PS fluid?

And for the coolant, is it just any normal long life type? What is the change interval since it is long life (5 years)?
