Rattling clutch with clutch pedal depressed.

Anybody had a noisey clutch and clicking felt in the clutch pedal with it depressed. Acts like a bad throw out bearing but they normally only do that when the clutch is out. Just wondering how long I have got before I gut that dual mass and get it out of my car, along with the crappy CSC.
