Hi I've heard conflicting information. Where the hell is my MAP sensor or sensors??? I have a 2011 Z touring model. I'm told it is under the manifold cover then

Code P0106

Hi I've heard conflicting information. Where the hell is my MAP sensor or sensors??? I have a 2011 Z touring model. I'm told it is under the manifold cover then I was told that there are two on each side of my intake hoses or whatever they are please see photo. Can someone WHO KNOWS FOR SURE PLEASE TELL ME? I've been getting the engine light with the PO 106 code.
I'm also wondering how to check if they are bad. The things in the photo are in pretty tight and I'm hesitant to yank them out. What do I do? Can you explain like I'm 5 years old please? Thanks!
