No issues here. Before installing mine, I was skeptical and did a lot of searching and found that the reasons against installing pulleys are based on theory. Aside from an issue with a cheap pulley welding itself to the block, (which won't happen with the NST or stillen) i couldnt find one person with a motor issue that was caused by an aftermarket crank pulley. I know several people who have had pulley kits on their Zs for years with track duty and no issues. Go for it

i've had mine for about 1.5 years too. my Z is my daily but hasn't been on a track yet. it's been troublefree to the point where i forget it's there! zero wobbles.
most of the issues occur during installation.. the bolt is notoriously hard to crack and hard to tighten to spec. and some pulleys are a very snug fit |

IIRC, the crank bolt is a non-reusable torque-to-yield fastener. If my memory is correct, make sure you use a new bolt.

there's a bit if debate re: reusing the crank bolt. i followed the service manual and bizzarely, it's not marked as a single use item. for mission critical stuff, i usually replace but in my planning before the job, i didnt buy one because the manual didnt say it must be replaced. Maybe it's marked as a single use item in the manual for other years? mine is a 2011

If the tightening instructions have "and then 1/x turn more", it's a TTY fastener and only meant for one-time use.
Edit: IMNSHO, if you have any doubts, put in a new bolt. Why risk it for a cheap bolt?

Way back when I had my 97 240sx I ran a light weight underdrive pulley for 70k miles with no issue. They are very popular on smaller light weight lower powered cars.
My installation tip is if you have a manual have someone sit in the car with it in the highest gear and hold the brake while you loosen and tighten the crank bolt. |

3/4" drive impact makes it easy most of the 1/2" impact guns won't budge it.
