However, the transmission fluid calls for 3 qt, and it is recommended that you get an extra. The fluid you're pumping into the transmission should come out the fill hole when full.
Z1 begs to differ, it says I should get an extra...?

Not quite... unless you are planning to remove the rear diff cover (i.e. if you are installing the finned diff cover). Two should be fine since a normal drain does not completely empty the diff, as mentioned.

Yes, each bottle is going to be a 1 qt bottle.

FWIW, if you're really wanting to pick them up locally, find a bike or other auto shop around town and ask them to order them for you. I have done this several times, and I get the fluid within 24 hours typically.

You mean the washers? Yup

Nissan Part #11026-4N200

For the transmission they are called a gasket. For the differential, they are called a washer. Same part number. Good job, Nissan

Order has been placed. Now I need to buy a pump, jack stands, and a drip pan.
Probably wont get this done till my next day off, which is Monday, unless I decide to wake up early later on in the week and get it done.

OP, no offense but you really don't sound like a very mechanically inclined person. Do you have a friend or family member that knows about working on cars? I think its best to have someone help you out at least the first time around, especially since you will be working underneath the car. Yes that thread you linked us to has all the answers as far as jack and stand placement... I just hate to see someone with very little mechanical knowledge doing it by themselves for the first time. Just be safe bro whatever you do.

Are you sure you have the stands in the correct spot? Even with my 4ton stands in place, I still leave my floor jack underneath the area I'll be working just in case. I've seen too many Final Destination movies not to.

Ive seen multiple areas to set up the stands, but Im using the pinch welds. Being that the jack stands are as low as they can go (not extended), I doubt the car can drop on me right? Lol.

Thanks for the entertaining thread.

BTW, My '09 370Z has close to 46K miles and I changed to Red Line in my diff and trans as suggested and it made a big difference. I was not really having any issues, but at 46K and not knowing if/or when the oil had been changed I wanted to get it done.
