Default questions and help with RJM clutch pedal

Alright so I installed the rjm pedal yesterday and realized that when clutch is fully pressed, the clutch engages less than an inch. Like I would lift my toe and it just engages. I think I didn't adjust the AFP and clutch rod which the assembly manual tells what to do...
But I honestly don't know what to adjust and how to adjust...
Could someone help me out with detailed explanation?
Please...
Or if someone lives in south florida, that would be fabulous! !!!!
Thank you...

Jut send an e-mail to Ryan at RJM. He'll walk you through any adjustments that need to be made.

I wish I could have that. But I think you need to turn the AFP in or clockwise. It will get a little heavier but you'll have more feel to the clutch. And it should engage a little higher up.
