oil change recommendations?

so no need for synthetic i guess. i'll probably just go with what the shop has for filter and oil brand. he'll know whats good. looks like 5w30. what about

sp911 Enthusiast Member Join Date: Feb 2014 Location: central connecticut Posts: 259 Drives: 2012 370z gun metal Rep Power: 12	so no need for synthetic i guess. i'll probably just go with what the shop has for filter and oil brand. he'll know whats good. looks like 5w30. what about a washer? i think i read to change the washer in the owners manual. is there one? my old porsche used to have an o-ring and if that wasn't replaced with a new one it would leak.
