Possible to bottom out on the oil pan with a spacer?

Maybe I'm not that low but I went with the V2 ZSpeed undershroud and there is still space between it and the oil pan. There are notmarks/scraps on the undershroud so I know I've not come anywhere close to the pan.

I have the amuse under shroud. It's tight right up against the oil pan now
