Default Clutch slap problem

So from 1st to 2nd i can hear what sounds like clutch slapping, its only from 1st to 2nd, and sometimes it feels like its sticking, meaning that its a bit hard to shift from 1st to 2nd then when it releases it makes a slapping sound (especially when i rev it up to 4K or so), maybe its CSC? not sure, its 09 6MT with 18K miles...just put some redline mt85 in there and its better but not cured. any ideas?
