Hey all,
I've been holding off on posting because I didn't want any of my frustrations at any certain time fog up actual info. Its becoming more and more difficult to stay quiet, however. A month without my Z is nearing, and when I inquire as to the status of this procedure, its always: "we don't have this paperwork from there" or "this other person needs to follow up with this person." As consumers, we want to feel like we are being taken care of- that the manufacturer will quickly strive to make things right after they have done something wrong. I have loved Zs since I learned about the 240 and couldn't have been happier when I got into my own. Unfortunately, with the way this headache is turning out, I may just end up taking my money elsewhere. I hope no one on here has to go through this, because with all the phone calls and follow ups between dealership and corporate- I may as well be a ******* employee of theirs. |

Besides a dealer installed jdm rear fog and powder coated wheels... No mods. As I mentioned earlier, i did just receive swift springs, z1 MAF tubes and K&N drop ins for my bday... But alas, I've nothing to put them on. :/ |
This is one effed up situation :shakes head: Good luck man, really hope this thing gets resolved sooner than later. Having a '13 myself, im gonna keep a closer eye on things from now on :mad:
