Major clutch problems please help nissan is clueless

About a year and a few months ago I was at a beach here in nyc my clutch went out I wasn't able to change gears it was sinking and sinking quick till I could even put in in a gear. I had it towed to nissan they ended up saying my clutch was burned out after giving me crap for a month about how i race the car they finally replaced my clutch at no cost and everything was fine untill yesterday my clutch pedal went to the floor again. Very much drivable but a pain in the a** to drive. I have to pick it up with my feet each time it doesn't seem burned out though. I'm thinking its the CSC. So the tech bled out the clutch fluid and replaced it with GTR fluid. I took the car home yesterday and on my way home it starts sticking again and again I have to bring it up with my foot. The tech says he doesn't feel anything wrong and states the bulletin regarding the GTR fluid so now he's stuck and says he doesn't know what to do because they never had this problem. They say I'm the only one thats feeling it but another tech that backed it out said the same thing. I told him the information regarding the CSC failure but he says he cant go on what I have on my ipad so I have no clue what my next move is I really miss my car.

Looks like you'll have to foot the bill and have the csc replaced on your own.

You might as well buy the heavy duty one from Z1, and have a trusted cheaper shop or the dealer replace it IF you don't have the skills or tools to do such a job.

nissan isn't clueless they are in denial, there have been thousands of cases of this happening it's just getting swept under the rug. for the z1 kit you have to take apart the front of the trans to swap the front plates

Wouldn't be too surprised to find out nissan doesn't know exactly how many have failed since a lot of us end up going aftermarket due to the OEM not having any sort of a solution for it.

you could just put a strap around the clutch pedal, like on racing bikes without cleats, and then pull the clutch up everytime you push it down. The best option is the Z1 external though if you are keeping the car. I have it and it works great

remember to file a complaint with the NHTSA.
