Default P2A00 Made Some headway, need help

Hey everyone,

I have had a P2A00 code for about 7 months now and have recently found that my Bank 1 air fuel sensor(which has a code) is getting voltage when the key is on with engine off. Now Bank 2 air fuel(which does not have a code) is not showing any voltage with key on engine off.

This clearly has something to do with my problem but what is causing this? any ideas?

I have replaced the sensor with OEM and have smoke tested the system to no avail. Cleaned MAF sensor and watched with scan tool not showing any problems. I have no exhaust leaks, so if anyone has any ideas im all ears.

I got this code after my tune along with a random misfire code. The car seems to run fine otherwise. The code pops up randomly from time to time. The shop was suggesting to replace the sensor but after reading this it sounds like that might not do the trick. I'll be very interested to see if you find a solution.
