I believe he mentioned in another thread he would be willing to sell any part of the package to interested parties, but won't release specific details for the competition to replicate

See, that's the catch. I'm interested and curious about how it would work on a boosted application, but I'm not going to put something on my car if I don't know what's been done to it or why.

Seems fishy to me.

What parts are for sale, how much, what kind of gains can be expected? Without this info this reads as, at best, a bragging thread for a one-off lucky build. At worst, dyno manipulation for big numbers.

I see porting being done. Not rocket science to me, only one way to skin a cat. Not sure why he mentions Z1 not being able to do as good of a job as him and making less power but my porter will take as little or as much as I say. Maybe I'm missing something but soon IPS and I will have the whole system ported out with tuning. I'm at 295hp with similar mods on a dynojet with SAE correction. Since he posted 340hp SAE it looks like we have 45hp to make up with a tune and ported intake system. If we don't make it there could be differences within the tune. I say anything within 10hp would be a fair equivalent.

I think you missed the part where he said he learned some new tricks working with the new company. Sounds to me like he improved on the process from Z1, which makes sense! There's gotta be more potential HP out of these motors NA'd!!

No I saw it but I'd think you'd learn more in tuning, not porting. The manifolds thin were you need to port and you can only port match to the lower and tb's. Going bigger won't help anything if you're hitting a rim of another object. I believe the only way to port match is to have every item on hand. Every item can be slightly bigger or smaller so the z1 mani my not be 100% port matched to the TB's or lower. Maybe he learned this and why the hp might not be as high as his.

Me too. I want my tuner to copy it but if he isn't giving out porting secrets he sure as **** isn't going to give tuning!!

I did talk to my tuner the other day and I thought this was interesting...he tuned a older 370 and played with vvel and couldn't get anything after a hour he said. But then last week he did a 13 and got like 10hp. He asked me if I knew anything that changed in the ecu or something that attributed to it but I've never heard anything. Only thing I've seen is what Megan has showed with the nismo vs non and such.

It took a while for my buddy who tuned my car to make significant gains -- we had a few logical hypotheses about where and what to change, but even then, there is still trial and error.

I think the TSM absolute values are a bit high (CF's of 1.03 - 1.05), but the overall proportionate change is awfully encouraging.

I can only imagine larger primaries, lots of porting, and maybe some pretty oval velocity stacks on the intakes are involved plus lots and lots of playing with VVEL.

In short: massage everything so it improves flow and then step-by-step experiment with VVEL to optimize valve timing.

The limits of space under the hood can be worked around to some extent -- on my old Celica we had to chop out a bit of the hood frame to make a little extra room for an intercooler core -- but we still aren't really clear on what exactly was done on the test car, at least last I checked.
