M6 Push Start in Low Battery

This may well be a repost. I haven't had the misfortune of needing to do this but in the past I have been able to start many standards this way by pushing the car and popping the clutch in 2nd gear.

Is there any issues that arise doing this with a 370?

We did it on a Z with no issues, but pop the clutch with the car in 1st. Works easy.

Years ago I always parked on a hill at work, never had to crank, just rolled, and 2nd, bam cranked and took off.
