I checked on base at a couple locations with no luck. Apparently the local city used to carry 97 Ron but since it wasn't being used as much as the 95 Ron they discontinued it. I will keep you posted on my finding and DEpointfiveO when I find the paint thinner I will run any additional constituents by you and see if they will have a harmful affect.
