Spark Knock noise?

The throttle position being at 2 was me just holding that pedal position/speed to keep the issue happening, hoping the log would show it, then I'd press the pedal more

I'm wondering if driving around with that cracked/bad catalytic converter on the passenger side damaged the knock sensor? or any other thoughts?

Just curious, where is the knock sensor? or do I not want to know...

You need to give it some gas. A TPS of 2-3 is idle/zero-throttle. If you are giving it some gas, then I'd check the gas pedal electronics (you should be able to monitor it with your software).

Shouldn't have. Knock sensors are usually in the valley between the heads on a V engine (check the FSM for exact location on the Z) and would be "hidden" from any exhaust problems.
