fuel system additives

that matches the research i have done. it seems that moisture and water in the system causes a white powdery residue.. if you have that problem. I personally do not.

that matches the research i have done. it seems that moisture and water in the system causes a white powdery residue.. if you have that problem. I personally do not. Clean as a whistle here. Everything in contact with E85 looks factory new.

yeah problem is the white powderey residue consists of a good percentage of Al oxide. but the amount of residue is miniscule.

My cousins former husband RIP worked in an ethanol plant so my info is from internal studies.

I put a bottle of Techron in before every oil change and about 6 oz. of Marvel Mystery Oil per tank every 2000-3000 miles (not at the same time as the Techron). The MMO seems to clear up the issue that many report about the gas gauge not showing the last dot even though the tank is filled to overflow. At least it fixes it for a few thousand miles....
