Default Help!!!

CSC was just replaced but this horrible screetching/howling/grinding still occurs when taking off from a dead stop in first gear and reverse. Dealer was supposed to replace pilot bearing but "forgot." This noise occurs right at the point of clutch engagement as you can tell about midways through the video. No other problems with tranny or clutch besides this god awful noise.
