Is it the evap canister opening/closing, or perhaps the VVEL thing letting go? Does any one know what this is? I heard this the other day right after my first

Does any one know what this is? I heard this the other day right after my first crank after I changed my oil, for a fraction of a second it scared me so bad I almost shot the chocolate.
