Am I good to go or is there anything wrong? I looked around and it could be a spark plug or something else but since the light is off now

P0300 code - SES Light came on, got the code verified, now the light is off
Am I good to go or is there anything wrong? I looked around and it could be a spark plug or something else but since the light is off now is there nothing to worry about?

P0300 Nissan Cylinder Misfire Detected Random Cylinders OBDII Engine Light Trouble Code | Engine-Codes.com
Random misfire. If the light is off now, I wouldn't worry about it too much. If it comes back, check the link above.
