Update, I talked to Mike, and he suggested because of the graphite coating may be a little thick to lightly and evenly sand the inside of the pulley, like I did with the alt pulley so it will fit! Nothing major so I'll be doing the Install this weekend.
I want to Thank Mike at NST for his easy and simple explanation and has put me at ease.... |

I have your underdrive pulley on now and im going to a GTM SC. Do you make a stock light weight pulley to replace the OEM. What would the costsbe for that pulley.
Thanks.

Thank you for the continued interest and the positive feedback guys, much appreciated.
As I have stated before... only about 5% of our customers need to sand the bore/keyway on our crank pulley. This is a very small number and nothing to be concerned with. 95% of the time, the pulley slides right into place. Just remember, tighter is better! We only offer the underdrive kit at the moment. We tried to offer the community a great offer on a lightweight, stock diameter, crank pulley about six months ago... the community did not seem interested. We would be happy to offer such a pulley in the future if the community shows real interest and support. Many thanks again everyone, good luck and have fun with all your projects!

Update!
I'm Happy to announce that after a second attempt, and some light sanding, the Crank Pulley was finally installed by Lou's guys at Amplified. They were able to get it installed along with replacing the belt for the one that was the next size smaller. I did notice a little quicker rev off idle, and on a quick stab at it in gear. I want to Thank Mike for his assurances that all it needed was a little tlc. Thanks Mike!!! |

I think that'd really help out a lot of customers as far as installation costs... |

So as strange as this may sound... you may have a very tight fit on one 370, and not so tight a fit on another 370. So like I said, in very rare cases a bit of sanding may be necessary. Really nothing to worry about. Thanks again everyone!
