NST (NonStopTuning) 370Z VQ37HR Pulley Kit Review w/ Dyno Charts

The wait doesn't bother me. It's the fact that they do not respond to emails or calls. I hope they get back to me soon.

So NST got a hold of me and I apologies for putting their phone on blast.
But they changed my order and are making my pulleys as we speak. They also mentioned that they are making other members pulleys as well.
Thanks NST for getting back to me.

So don't worry guys. They are trying their best to get everyone orders.

Diddy, I think those are marked on purpose, the marks are painted which indicates to me they were marked prior to painting, that is how I received them and they were packed very well.

For anyone who has installed this themselves, is there any way to remove the alternator pulley with it on the car? I was thinking of using a band clamp and a breaker bar.

Also, If I have to remove the alternator, then what is the easiest way to remove and reinstall the pulleys?

I had mine installed but I do know the alternator did have to come out. Not sure about the second question maybe someone else can chime in. Good luck!

Taking the alternator out is the easiest way to do the alternator pulley, unless maybe you had frontal access (i.e. radiator gone). I never completely removed the alternator from the vehicle when I did mine: I got it loose from the car, but then hung it on the swaybar with the pulley facing downwards to impact wrench the pulley nut, swap the pulleys, and put it back in place.

That makes sense. When you used the impact wrench on the pulley nut do you have to secure the pulley or will it just come out?

I was trying to remember, and then I remembered that I probably posted about it in my journal, and found the post there from 2 years ago I don't think I used anything to secure the pulley, but here's the details I wrote down back then: wstar's Journal

Moving into the summer, we are considering a few Group Buy offers. Would the guys and girls here be interested in a limited edition 370Z group buy?!
