It took them a while to get back with me and a while to get it in so I wouldn't stress over it just yet.

Very nice looking pulleys BTW. I did have one that needed to be sanded and the key slot slightly filed (can't really sand inside of it) so be mindful of that.

HUGE difference in weight -vs- the old ones and the voltage (I got the two pulley set along with the belt) is right where it was before too. Aside from the sanding issue, the pulleys really look like quality parts with some good looking anodizing done for sure.

Orders that are placed on Thurs or Fri usually can not be processed over the weekend. So these orders are typically filled on Mondays or Tuesdays.

We are not here to take your money or steal $199 from you. You should have an email with tracking info ASAP.

It has been exactly 1 year since I had the pulleys installed. It is still flawless. I first reported an average MPG of 21.8 (from 21.6), but it is really 22.5.

Just got my pulley set in today but I have noticed a few dents or Chips on the pulley



as shown in the picture, is it normal?

those are timming marks, 100% normal

I put Stillen's underdrive pulley on my car ages ago (been on for 14K miles now btw, no issues at all with it, just FYI for those scared of pulleys). I'd rather stick with the Stillen one since it's already on the car, but I might try out your 10% overdriven alternator pulley just to bring my alternator back up to speed a bit (since I'm running that tiny PC680 battery as well).

Anyone have a clue about how belt fitment would work out on that combo? I'm guessing the tensioner can make up the difference using the belt length Stillen specified, doesn't look like a huge change on that little alternator pulley.

unless you aren't producing adequate voltage to charge the battery I wouldn't worry about it, size of the battery in this case will have more to do with CCA than holding a charge.

Let's just say, with a 20% underdriven crank pulley and a motorcycle battery, whether the battery gets sufficient charge to keep starting the car depends largely on how you treat it. If I start it up and take it for a decent drive every day, it's fine. If I leave it cold for several days, and then go through a few start/stop cycles in the driveway testing something, it can get to the point where it won't start pretty quickly.

There are a lot of inbetween scenarios where I barely have enough CCA left to get the car going again after several short trips without a long recharge run (esp if it has recently been left off for days).
