can any compitent machine shop bore out a tbh, flat edge the pivot piece, and re-size the plates accordingly? i've seen jun and mine's offer it, but im not willing

who can bore out a tb?
can any compitent machine shop bore out a tbh, flat edge the pivot piece, and re-size the plates accordingly? i've seen jun and mine's offer it, but im not willing to pay either of those companies anything near what they charge for this. anyone in this country that does it at a decent price?
