They are all correct. Your car will run just fine with the STILLEN Gen3's and Cat-Back Exhaust. If you add on Headers and HFC's (or Test Pipes) you should get a tune. A tune on the setup you talked about though will help it run at its best but it is not necessary.

can a nissan dealer install these hi-performance parts on the z and also tune the engine perfectly?

I've never heard of a dealer tuning the car.

I think middleburg hts in ohio does. Maybe not there but they love doing and selling 370's and GTRs, mod friendly.

Which company will put it's money where it's mouth is? Who will guarantee me my gain/$ to be the same as another mod?

With our crapptastic 91 octane gas in CA it is a good idea. Car will knock every once in a while if I don't add some 100 at the track. For daily driven, might not be so big of a deal. But I can definitely tell I am on the edge of lean if I just run 91 at the track. I get a knock every once in a while on the straights at Big Willow and AAA if I don't add some of the good stuff. I have just a Gen 2 stillen and Berk HFC's +Catback.
