Question, is it possible to have a small window for a quick visual check of fluid level? Might be more work than its worth...

Probably easier to put a sight tube on the side.

Satin black, no logos please. And two matching baffled catch cans with -10 inlets and outlets, and a drain fitting on the bottom.

Might be able to. I just need to source out a "seal" to hold a piece of glass in place or figure something out that we can make in house.
