To put it into prospective, there is exactly 15 minutes in the cap and 24 minutes in the top portion plus waterjet time, press brake time, welding, anodize, laser engraving, packaging and shipping.

Sounds like you need more hands in the shop...

I know someone good with their hands... :stirthepot:

Overhead here is low, just rent, utils, payroll... id love to give stuff away but the reality is I have very expensive machinery (with a brand new $130,000 waterjet on the way) that need to making real money.

I have the capacity to push out a TON of product, just need to get the product established!!

I can always use more hands in the shop ;) move back to az..you know you miss this hot *** weather!

That is so incredibly neat. Really digging your status updater as well. I am so anxious to see more goodies.

Thank you :)

What would be nice to add to the list is; some of us have Nismo's or have converted to the NISMO front bumpers, and the tow hook shaft is too short, a custom tow hook is hard to come by because of the bumper cover extents another 3-4 inches further than stock. The same goes for using the a custom license plate mount,
Usually we have to out source a new shaft to be machined or cut and weld the shaft from a standard Z to extend it because of the different in length.

People that have done or designed aftermarket intake manifolds (or adapted GTR manifolds) found that the stock design of the strut tower brace won't clear hood. Will you be making your strut bar to look like the OEM one or like this in order to address the clearance issue?

absolutely. We are just waiting on the waterjet to come in so we can get busy on stuff like this. There is a fine line between cost and ingenuity and we are trying to find that fine line. It costs a ton to have an inexpensive product and an expensive product but I think our company is headed in that direction, the having 2 lines of products kind of deal

A license plate mount is also in the works, Just forgot to add that to the list. I can add an option so that you the customer can choose the bar length. That being said, what lengths do we need to add to the site?

So happy to see all this progress, haha. It's a nice change. ^^

I think a Nismo owner could tell you the lengths of his tow hook.

Glad to hear. Maybe the brace for aftermarket intake manifolds could be a mix between the GTR's and the Z's by keeping the rear/firewall braces the GTR option doesn't have.

I need to see how wide something like that is, its possible to make it out of components that bolt together...no welds

how wide do you think that is? My max capacities are 51 inches on the mill

Ron 01-15-2014 12:34 PM

Distance from tower to tower is 44in. Distance from firewall braces to front of stock intake manifold is around 19in.
