P0305 Misfire

Whats up Z club. So this morning when I hopped in my 09 370 I noticed my SES light came on. Which no one ever likes to see . Its just below 50K and I've owned it about two months now. Went to autozone to have the code read and it was a cylinder 5 misfire. It didn't Idle above normal until I just made a beer run. And it was at a constant 1k even after it was warmed up. When I cold started it, it did sort of sound like there was a small exhaust leak. But I haven't had a chance to investigate yet. When I get a chance, I'm going to check the coil, and the plug, and hopefully its that minor.

From what I read on the few forums on missfires, people were saying that the cold weather was throwing them, but theirs were multiple. Has anyone had a certain cyl misfire in the past, or any suggestions on where to start?

Also, I hear that the fuel quality can be a possible cause. I filled up where I usually dont.
