Clutch failed for the 4th time

UPDATED
Hey guys so my clutch pedal dropped to the floor again for the 4th time :shakes head:. A month ago dealer installed new slave cylinder. First and second owners had to deal with the same issue. Here is the list of things that got replaced first time http://www.the370z.com/engine-drivet...tml#post842990. So after a month of driving since new csc clutch fell to the floor again, i brought it to the dealer they are scratching their heads because everything looked fine when they worked on it and there is no way something else could of failed. They are going to bleed clutch fluid but im more than positive that it will be temporary fix if it helps at all.
Right now clutch works when it wants to sometimes it feels normal, soft or all the way to the floor, but with either scenario cars lacking acceleration its doing 5000 rpm on 4th gear at 40mph :icon23:. What are my options here? Should i be prepared for getting new transmission or would it be worth doing it instead of dropping 800$ every month? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Trade in time!

You need a new clutch master cylinder, and an aftermarket CSC.

If they keep installing the failure-prone OEM CSC, it will continue to fail. Ask them if they'll install an aftermarket one this time if you bring them the part.

Switch to DOT 4 fluid like the one used in the GT-R?

Sounds like master cylinder failure. Bleeding it helps temporarily, but once the seal goes, it goes and it's all downhill from there. Aftermarket for the win! :)

So as expected bleeding helped for a day. Now pedal soft/ on the floor.

What are my options here at this point? Dealer has no idea what to do, both clutch and master cylinder are month old, and there are no leaks. They handed me my keys and told me to F**k off in a polite manner. So im standing at the point where clutch doesn't work and nobody tells me what i can do. You guys are my last option. Thank you!

Aftermarket master and CSC and a different shop?

No trades for me i love this car its not even a matter of money.
I found this South Bend Complete DXD 6 Puck Clutch & Flywheel Package

Why put in another OEM master cylinder? It'll just fail again.

What aftermarket csc would you suggest, thank you for your time by the way

There's an aftermarket CSC in the kit you posted so you're good there, but they also give you a OEM master. Talk to Alstann (?) about a better master. Do you need a new clutch and flywheel, or are you replacing it simply because the transmission will be out and it cuts down on labor costs?

Yea I figured might as well replace the flywheel while transmission is out. The one i have currently is good but has 50k miles on it so i figured its not for a while. I will contact him

Not a bad plan. Two things. One, be prepared for a lot of noise from the flywheel. It's not broken, that's just the noise a light flywheel makes. Two, that's a stout clutch and it's way overkill for anything but a big turbo setup.
