FIRST time I took my 08 350z to the track was in Florida/same track. I did put on m/t street radials that were better than stock but still could not hold my car from spinning them. 2 months after getting the car, bone stock but for the tires, I did ALL my runs between 13.2 & 13.5. with my best being 13.195.

Since I don't know what kind of new Z is coming our way, I may get a used low mileage 2012 370 automatic. As much as I love manual trans & find it easy to produce great times with it, I'm getting to old & tired driving 3 hours each way then changing all four tires/wheels twice. That adds up to 16 tire changing:)
I may just put M/T street radials on an automatic 370z, just drive to car to the track & do NOTHING except have coffee before drag racing.

It won't be as quick as my 350z, but if I add 2 more mods, I'll be able to do 12.7's 12.8's without a problem. It will be a better car for bracket racing than my faster 6spd. manual.

That was tranceformer & your record holder Jason. I was there when they posted their best times. So for the 2nd. time, that's when I realized the 370 z had more H.P. & more potentials. O.K???
