370z Auto question

I have been told many things bout the transmission fluid from its maintenance free and you have to change it at 30k. Okay last time i went to the dealer around 33k i ask them would i be needing new trans fuild and i was told no that it is maintenance free. Now im at 43k do i need a trans flush or what so confused lol

It's pretty much a sealed unit. Check the manual. They don't call for it to be changed until much later than 43k.

That's werid because the dealer that checked my oil said I should've changed it at 30k. Are they just trying to make money or is that true . Anyone change there's at 30k

OIL? Or transmission fluid?

If they checked your transmission fluid, they are lying. Kill them. Call corporate

I changed mine at 34k... Because my motor was dropped... Twice... And my radiator was changed to a CSF... Lol
Not a one damn change in feel btw. Exactly the same

Go to the dealership for clarification and they will let you know when the intervals are. I have never heard of a maintenance free transmission. Something sounds funny about that.

Almost every new auto is "sealed" and branded as "maintenance free." It means 100k+ service intervals

Nope. Read the manual. It gives you the intervals for fluid changes. The dealer was trying to screw you.

Should I go about changing the trans fluid that doesn't bother me I'll pay 200$ any day to make sure everything is right. I know that every 100k you change trans fuild on any car. But why am I bring told to at 30k don't get it

Stop worrying about the transmission fluid. It's fine for another 50k miles.

30k is for the manual transmission 370z

autos dont need to be serviced until 100k
