Engine shudder at start up

It was the one for the instrument cluster. Now that I am able to see the vid, I don't think his fuse is blown because the cluster lights up. Maybe

It was the one for the instrument cluster. Now that I am able to see the vid, I don't think his fuse is blown because the cluster lights up. Maybe the sweep setting was somehow reset in the menu.
